What is Lini?

Lini is currently in maintenance mode. The public site lets parents join the waitlist, suggest local programs, and browse available camp, sports, and local guide pages while we clean up the product.

Active site surfaces

Current status: Lini's broader reminder, account, SMS, and Gmail/school-email features are paused unless explicitly relaunched later. The current live surfaces are the waitlist, suggestion form, provider inquiry form, public browse pages, and analytics/tracking needed to operate the site.

What you may receive

Occasional Lini email updates if you join the waitlist
A reply if you submit a program suggestion and ask us to contact you
A reply if you send a provider inquiry

Use the unsubscribe link in any Lini email, or email [email protected] and ask to be removed.

Email address — if you join the waitlist or send a form that includes your email
Program suggestion details — such as title, town, source link, category, notes, and optional contact information
Provider inquiry details — such as name, email, organization, website, and notes
Basic analytics and technical data — such as pages viewed, device/browser information, referral source, and site interactions

How we use your information

To send Lini updates to waitlist members
To review suggested programs before adding anything to the site
To respond to provider inquiries
To improve public site coverage, usability, and reliability
We never sell, share, or rent your personal information to third parties
We never use your data for advertising

Paused features

Lini is not currently operating live SMS reminders or Gmail/school-email scanning from this maintenance-mode site. If those features are relaunched later, this policy and any relevant terms will be updated before use.

Data security

All personal data is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM
Email addresses may be stored in operational systems needed to deliver emails, and we maintain a one-way hash for deduplication
We use secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmission
Access to subscriber data is restricted to essential service operations only

Data retention

We retain waitlist, suggestion, and inquiry information only as long as needed to operate Lini, review submissions, respond to requests, and maintain basic records. You can request deletion by emailing [email protected].

Children's privacy

Lini is a service for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Our service helps parents find activities for their children — we collect parent/guardian information only.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
